Upon entering the Lobby is very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Room size was very good, bathroom was nice size, and shower was great - very good water pressure. Pool was very nice.
It is an older facility, corridors drab and hot. Our air conditioner did not work well, and there was a musty smell in the room. We only had 2 towels in our room, and a half a roll of toilet paper. Requested additional towels and toiler paper at front desk at 9:30 a.m. and still had not received at 9:30 p.m. Also only 1 elevator in facility at entrance 1...we were located at entrance 8 and on the second floor. The complex is very large - long hallways. Was traveling with a disabled person and the walk was very difficult for her.
The pool was Very nice and the rooms were nice and spacious.we went to the Pittsburgh Zoo the day we left the hotel and it was a very short drive around 4 miles from the hotel.
Convenient location, comfortable room
Interior hall ways and doors to rooms looked dingy and needs repainting
They need a better house keeping person to check rooms after they have been clean for the next guest.
Staff was very professional.
Only decaf coffee available in the room. No conditioner was with the shampoo. The ac was not on at all when we checked in so the room was quite warm.
Morning breakfast was good
Location is worst. Not even a convenience store close by. Block main access was not working. Room allocation could have been better, youths were provided room allocation close by to our family and was completely noisy.
Everything! Room was clean when I got there. Bed well made. Bathroom was clean. Free breakfast was nice! Staff was curious! Helpful too. Swam in clean pool. Had it to myself!! Will stay here again! Location was nice and close to the zoo!
Nothing really. The only thing wa the loudness of the road and traffic. 28 Nothing the hotel can really do about that. I prolly could have requested a rear roam away from the highway. Next time I go I may do that.
The Pool Was Warm, And The Breakfast Was Good
I Got Overcharged And The Staff Sucked
The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. The standard rooms could at least offer a microwave. The furniture in the room was dirty as well as the carpeting.
Clean and comfortable. Near enough to Pittsburgh to make visiting easy.
Drapes didn't close so parking lot lights shown in all night. Annoying. Maybe not enough people at desk to check in and out.
Easy location for traveling to sporting events
Bed was not at all comfortable
Beds were hard, front desk wasn't very nice. During a football game the hotel didn't have the shuttle running, and taxi service to that location takes over 2 hours
They offered a nice breakfast with eggs, sausage and muffins.
The bathroom wasn't clean around 5he toilet. Quite disgusting. They had black topping the parking lot and the rooms smelled like tar.
Breakfast was great. Staff were refilling everything before it became empty. They did a great job.
When we turned down bed at night to sleep, there were hard yellow stains on bottom sheet. Called and they gave us clean sheets to put on. Also there were no extra towels if I wanted to wash my hair.
Offered both firm & soft pillows Fridge was larger than most hotels comfy reading chair very large desk which easily doubled as dining table very good hot breakfast selection
would've preferred the Pgh Post Gazette as a newspaper selection
